A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are full refundable with at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being retained.

• ​Mobile Service & Travel- All services are provided on a fully mobile basis for your convenience. a travel charge may apply depending on your location, any travel charges will always be confirmed with you in advance at the time of booking.​

​Travel charges cover fuel, time, parking, and setup. Early morning, Sunday, Bank Holiday, or long-distance appointments may incur an additional charge.​

• All colour services are subject to consultation. Additional product, length or correction work may require and adjusted price, which will always be discussed in advance.
